1. Online store

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, colours and photographs accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings. Handmade details and decorative placement may also have minor variations. Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is materially different from its description or does not meet a consumer guarantee.

3. Prices and GST
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Delivery charges, international duties and any other applicable charges will be displayed or explained before checkout where practicable.
We may change prices and promotions at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
We may refuse or cancel an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- An incorrect or obvious pricing error has occurred
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
- Delivery restrictions prevent us from completing the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
5. Availability, pre-orders and custom products
Products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.
Estimated arrival or dispatch dates for pre-order and custom-made products are estimates and may change. We will contact you if a material delay occurs.
Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed through an available payment method at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices and security checks.
7. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and expiry dates. Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Only one discount code may be used per order
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash
- Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
- Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn before an order is placed
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to discounted and sale products.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

The website and its original content—including branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos and design—are owned by or licensed to Dolls & Dreams and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that:
- You have the right and permission to submit it
