Refund policy

At Dolls and Dreams, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied and wish to return an item, please review the following guidelines carefully. Kindly contact us at sales@dollsanddreams.com before returning any items.

Change of Mind, Unsuitable Fit, or Wrong Selection:

We offer store credit for all eligible returns (unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect).
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Final sale items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded or included in the store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, flawed, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, full name, and clear supporting images.
Upon verification, we will offer you a replacement (if available), a partial refund (if applicable), or a full refund.
Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for faulty or incorrect items.
Please note that minor wear and tear or damage due to misuse will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

Important Information

We do not accept returns for accessories, underwear, swimwear, or custom-made products for hygiene and personalization reasons.
Please ensure you complete our returns form when sending items back.
While we aim to provide accurate product photos, colours may vary slightly based on your screen settings.
Our policies are final, and we respectfully decline requests for exceptions.
