This Privacy Policy describes how Dolls & Dreams (registered business name DOLLSANDDREAMS), ABN 28 943 344 392 (“Dolls & Dreams”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses personal information when you visit dollsanddreams.com, communicate with us, purchase from us or use our services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Billing, payment confirmation and transaction information
• Products you view, purchase, return or add to your cart

Complete payment-card information is processed by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. We generally do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND GENLOOK VIRTUAL TRY-ON

Our website uses Genlook, a third-party virtual try-on service provided by Parakeet Labs SASU, France.

Using the virtual try-on feature is optional. If you choose to use it, you will be asked to agree before uploading a photograph or activating an available live-camera feature.

Genlook may process:

• The photograph you voluntarily upload
• The virtual try-on image generated from your photograph
• Your activity within the virtual try-on feature
• A random store-specific identifier required to operate the service
• Your email address if you voluntarily provide it through the feature

According to Genlook:

• Uploaded photographs and generated results are automatically deleted within seven days
• You can request immediate deletion using “Delete my data now” in your try-on history
• Photographs are used only to provide and secure the virtual try-on service
• Photographs are not used to train artificial-intelligence models
• Genlook does not perform facial recognition or create biometric identifiers
• Dolls & Dreams cannot access your uploaded photographs or generated try-on results
• Genlook does not sell your photographs or use them for third-party advertising
• Shared try-on links may remain available for up to seven days or until you delete your data

If a live-camera feature is used, the camera stream is processed frame by frame and is not recorded or stored.

Depending on the feature used, information may be processed in the European Union, the United States or another location where Genlook’s service providers operate.

You can stop using the feature at any time. To request deletion, select “Delete my data now” inside the Genlook widget, email privacy@genlook.app, or contact sales@dollsanddreams.com.

Do not upload a photograph of a child unless you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or you have permission from their parent or legal guardian. Dolls & Dreams will not use an identifiable photograph of a child for advertising or marketing without appropriate permission.

HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate our business, including:

• Shopify, which hosts and operates our online store
• Payment processors
• Delivery, fulfilment and logistics providers
• Email and customer-support providers
• Analytics, advertising and review platforms
• Genlook (Parakeet Labs SASU), when a customer voluntarily uses the virtual try-on feature
